First Order:

• Your first order is placed at checkout, just like a normal purchase

Upcoming Orders:

• After that, your upcoming deliveries are automatically scheduled
• Orders can be edited up to 2 days before delivery (cutoff - Sunday at 7am)
• Skip, pause, or cancel anytime before the cutoff, no fees or penalties

• Orders are packed in reusable insulated totes with ice packs
• Some items are priced by the pound (lb). We estimate the charge based on typical weight when you place your order.
• If an item weighs less, you’ll automatically receive a partial refund after delivery.
• If an item weighs more, we adjust the price slightly - but you’ll never be charged more than your original order total.
